Funding for the registration related cost ie.. domain, logo, branding and setup have been provided by Tri Counties Bank in Bakersfield. All websites are built by Bailey Ave Inc.

Business Owners are required to cover a $60 monthly maintenance fee known as Web Care. This fee coincides with the soft launch of the website. Grant finalist will be selected by our selection committee which includes representatives from the African American Network of Kern county, the Kern Count Black Chamber of Commerce and the Bailey Inc Foundation.
