Coach applications are due by 10/14 at 8pm. The all-star committee will be voting for coaches during the board meeting on Monday 10/16. Coaches will be notified about coach selections by Wednesday 10/18. 
Will you be able to attend BOTH all-star tryout dates? (required) Monday 10/23, 7-8:30pm and Wednesday 10/25, 7-8:30? The coach meeting is 10/23 @ 6:00pm *
Region 83 Applicant Commitment Agreement 

As an All-Star Coach Applicant for AYSO Region 83, I recognize the substantial time commitment and responsibility associated with being selected as an All-Star Coach and agree to commit the necessary time for practice and games from November to March.  

I recognize that AYSO Region 83 All-Star teams represent both our Region and the 5 Cities community, and should I be selected as a Coach, I commit to conduct myself positively at all times, incorporating the basic philosophies of the AYSO organization in order to ensure that my actions reflect positively on AYSO, the Region and our community. 

I further understand that the selection process for Coaches is subjective, and that Coaches are chosen for All Star Teams based on a variety of experience and other factors.
