Stepping Stone Tutoring Sessions Sign Up Form (2023-2024)
Students will be able to learn about a topic of their choice through personalized one-on-one lessons with a high school tutor. The student does not have to bring any course work to go over during the sessions unless they would like to. 

Completing this form is registration for one term of 6 weeks, with weekly 30-60 min tutoring sessions. If the student would like to continue tutoring after the 6 week term, please complete this form again, requesting the same or different course, and we will tutor the student for an additional 6 weeks.

Please only sign up for our tutoring services if you do not have the resources and support to learn during this time. We would like to target disadvantaged students that would not be able to receive tutoring services otherwise.
