①ANAヤンゴン=成田線は出発3週間前に往復計で150名以上集まった場合、就航が決定する募集型運航になります。
②X月XX日NH814(ヤンゴン発成田行き) 予約申込は、出発24日前<X月XX日(火)>迄に下記登録が必要です。
③運航決定後、当便がシステム登録される出発17～21日前迄は、搭乗便に直接予約ができません。航空券をお持ちでない方は、NH814が10月30日まで欠航処理済みのため、10月31日以降の日付でNH814航空券を事前に購入願います。
④ANA予約サイト(
https://www.ana.co.jp/ja/mm/) で予約購入や運賃確認が可能です。エコノミークラスご利用時は、プルダウン表示「価格重視の運賃」を「予約変更可能な運賃」へ変更願います。
⑤8月26日PM以降、沖縄経由(NH1944/1942) へ区間変更されます。付帯サービスは8月26日PM以降、実際に搭乗する沖縄経由便へ登録願います。ご自身のパスポート情報は、既に航空券へ登録済みであることを、下記フォーム送信時にご確認下さい。国際線給油経由便のシステム制約からEチケットは出発前日まで発行できないため、PCR検査時はANA予約サイト英語版 (
https://www.ana.co.jp/en/mm/) の「My booking」から確認できる予約内容画面のコピー提出で、Eチケットの代用をお願いしております。
⑥就航不可となった場合は、無料で後日便への航空券転用や、払戻手数料無料での返金が可能です。この予約申込フォーム送信後にキャンセルが必要になった場合は、「その他」の欄に解約希望と記載の上、再度フォーム送信をお願い致します。
①For ANA Yangon-Narita route , the total number of passengers for the round trip by 3 weeks before departure will have to be more than 150 as It has been changed to application type operation which will be decided to operate when the service is gathered.
②The booking application from Yangon to Narita (NH814/ XXX XX) needs to be completed by the following transmission with the deadline of 24 days before departure date <by XXX XX (Tue)>.
③The customer cannot make a reservation in actual boarding flight directly, until the day before 17～21 days of departure. As commercial flights, NH814 (Yangon⇒Narita) have been cancelled until October 30, your reservation can be made with the date after October 31. Please purchase air ticket before this registration with the booking date after October 31.
④Fare confirmation, reservation and purchasing tickets are assessable on the ANA reservation site (
https://www.ana.co.jp/en/mm/). If you are using Economy Class, you need to change the pull-down display from “Price-oriented fares” to “reservation changeable fares” on the ANA reservation site.
⑤The section will be processed to change via Okinawa (NH1944/NH1942) from Yangon=Narita direct after August 26 pm. Please enter some additional services directly in the flight via Okinawa of actual boarding date after August 26 pm. Passport information is required to register in air ticket information before this application. Due to the system limitations of international flight via Okinawa for fueling, e-ticket is not issued before the eve of departure date. When the customer receives PCR test in Yangon, please show a copy of booking confirmation display on the ANA reservation site (
https://www.ana.co.jp/en/mm/) instead of e-ticket to PCR test organization.
⑥When it's impossible to operate, the customer can change to later date and refund free of charge. If the customer needs to cancel after the submission of this application , please make an entry of cancellation and send this Application format again. 【Inquiry】
