TL Spirit Wear Order Form (Cash or Check ONLY)

Spirit Wear will be delivered to your student's class on the last Friday of each month. All orders must be paid in advance of delivery.

Please only use this order form if you wish to pay by cash or check (Made payable to Tierra Linda PTA) delivered to the front office with a copy of your order by the last Wednesday of each month.
