2024-2025 Claiborne County Kindergarten Registration Sign-Up
We're looking forward to welcoming our new kindergarten students in the 2024-2025 school year!

Please complete the online sign-up for Kindergarten registration. A teacher or staff member will reach out to you to schedule a time at the school to complete registration and bring the necessary documents to register your child.

This form is not the registration form; this is to receive an appointment for Kindergarten Registration.

Please complete this form by March 31st.

At your appointment you will need the following: 
  • TN shot record
  • Birth certificate 
  • Proof of residence (utility bill, lease agreement, mortgage)  
  • Physical
