Gold & Glam Table Booking Form
Tickets are £50 per person and include an arrival drink, 2 course sit down dinner & celebration cake.  After dinner, join us on the dance floor for the live band, 'Baby Go Boom'.

Tables are 8-12 people, but if you would like us to help you find a table do let us know.  

Once you have completed this form you will need to do a bank transfer to the PTA account to pay for your booking.  PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME IN YOUR BANK TRANSFER!  If you would like to pay in instalments please drop us an email.
