I want to participate in the LWV Student and Government Leaders Program.  I understand that I will need to attend approximately six meetings during the school day and two evenings.  My teachers are aware that I may be missing some class periods, which is approved by the school.  I will do my best to be at all meetings prepared and on time.  I will be at the kick-off meeting on Wednesday, January 12th at 7 pm at WJHS.  I will receive a schedule of the exact meeting dates and times at the kick-off.  Please enter the student's name below. *
