Chaperones travel on a bus with the students to and from away games, competitions, events. Sit with the band, escort to the restroom, keep the band area secure, help the directors and staff with what they need.

Props crew builds the props for the competition show and get it on and off the field at every competition. Extra practice during Super Saturdays and football games happen throughout the season.

3rd Quarter Break/Comp Meals crew helps feed the kids at band events, both home and away.

Med Staff is needed to help us keep our kids healthy and safe. We have students with diabetes, asthma, heart conditions, epilepsy, allergies and other conditions. We are looking for licensed Nurses, Doctors, EMTs, Paramedics, Med Techs, to travel with the band and offer support when needed.

Practice Field Crew members cut the field, prep the field for lining, spread pesticide and/or weed and feed as needed, water the field as needed. Lasts the entirety of marching season and starts up again in the spring with Spring Training.

The Transportation Crew helps get the band equipment loaded up and ready for football games and comps. The crew then sets up everything for unloading and easy on/off the field. They meet at the band room early afternoon on game days.

The Uniform Crew helps with marching uniform fittings and orderings in the fall and Wind Symphony dresses and tuxes during concert season. They also help with uniform repairs, spot cleaning, and keeping the band looking excellent on the field.
