On February 17th, 2023,  the Raymond Coalition For Youth will be celebrating our 16th Annual Family Fun Night event at the Iber Holmes Gove Middle School  (1 Steve K Batchelder Way, Raymond NH 03077).  Family Fun Night is an opportunity for families to come out in the winter months, socialize, have fun and learn about the great resources available in our community.

We would like to extend an invitation for you and your organization, or the program that you volunteer with, to participate. We have room for approximately 30 agencies, providers and establishments to share information about their services and programs.

This event has always been very well attended, and its popularity continues to grow. This is a fantastic opportunity for your organization to spread the word to members of the community about the services you provide.

Space is limited, so please fill out the information below by Feb 3rd, if not sooner, to reserve your spot and to ensure all special requests are met.  

To offset costs (planning, organizing, printing & promotion) for the event, there is a $100 table registration fee,  $75 for nonprofits, which can be paid by check (mailed in or dropped off). **We want everyone there; if this is not in your budget, please contact us as soon as possible to inquire about a scholarship.***

Event set up will be from 4 pm-5:30 pm, please arrive no later than 5:30 pm so all tables can be ready for the 6 pm event start time!

We ask that all participants please provide a fun game, raffle, or giveaway at your table, along with any handouts and information you would also like to provide. This will encourage people to come over and learn more about what you have to offer.
Special Requests
Some stations may require electricity, more space than the average table length, etc. Please let us know if there is anything specific your organization needs and we will do our best to provide it for you. *Please note, electrical outlets are limited so we encourage you to provide your own extension cords and/or power strips as we do not have any extras.
We live in NH and winter weather is possible.  We do have a snow date of 2/24/23 (the following Friday).  If we do have weather and the Raymond School District is closed or cancels afterschool activities, will you be available to participate on the snow date?
