You may use 333 Tompkins Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11216 for GPS.
If chosen, you will either rent a 10x10 space (allows for tent usage) or a 6 ft table/2 rack 6x5 space (you may NOT have a tent).
You may bring your own tent, table, and chair or rent them as a bundle set. The bundle rentals are in limited quantities and available for purchase separately. See costs below.
There are 4 vending options per date:1. General Vendor (includes small snacks/drinks, no cannabis/alcohol), 10 x 10 ft space = $125 + tax
2. Food or Corporate Vendor = $175 + tax *No alcohol, cannabis. Generators or propane tanks require approval.
3. 6ft table Vendor/Student/Non-Profit (no tent allowed) = $75.00 + tax
4. Rented Tent, Table, and Chair Bundle = $75.00 + tax (purchased separately)
Student = Students under 16 years of age with a confirmed business in their name/non profit
Non-profit = $75 (please email

If your application is approved but you miss the payment deadline and show up on the day of the Market, there is a $50+tax same day fee.
Date transfers may be made 3 days in advance of a Market with approval for a fee of $25+tax. The date may only be rescheduled once.Payments for dates must be completed at sign up. Dates are available on a first come first paid basis. You will be added to a waiting list once each market date is full.
Dates are not refundable but you can choose an alternate date in situations where there is a market reschedule/cancellation.

Day of market details:
Tompkins Avenue Open Street Market (TAOSM) operates select Sundays from 12-6pm.
Set up is 11am and breakdown starts at approximately 5:30pm EST.
TAOSM is located on Tompkins between Gates and Monroe. Load-in is available for 15 minutes to unload and then vehicles must be moved to off street parking. Street parking is free in the neighborhood. Setup must be completed by 12 noon. You may not break down early or leave early. All tables require tablecloths. You must take your trash with you or dispose at the receptacles at the street corners.
