By submitting this document, you are acknowledging that you have received, read, and agree to abide by the policies lined out in the Chapa Band Handbook, and Extra Curricular Code of Conduct. You are also agreeing to the Chapa Band Calendar and understand that performances are mandatory(as long as deemed safe during COVID-19.) and you agree to make all necessary arrangements to be present at our events and to be on time. Please contact the band directors if you need help making arrangements for your student to be present. Student experience greatly depends on their peers. Band is a team effort and each member is extremely important for a successful performance.
