Our community is a dynamic and supportive network designed for BIPOC women navigating their careers in New York City. We focus on empowerment, inspiration, education, and elevation, by providing a safe space for members to connect, share resources, and support each other in their professional journeys at ALL career levels.

Mission:

Our mission is to create a welcoming environment where BIPOC women can thrive by building meaningful relationships, accessing valuable resources, and participating in enriching events. We aim to empower our members to reach their full potential, both personally and professionally.

Allies who support the mission are welcome too!

Key Features of the Community:

- Networking: Facilitating connections among members through: online platform connections, and in person events
- Resources: Sharing career-related resources, job opportunities, and guidance tailored to the unique challenges faced by BIPOC women.
- Support: Offering a space for members to discuss real issues in their careers and lives, providing mutual support and encouragement.
- Events: Hosting meetups, workshops, and social gatherings to foster community and professional growth.
- Inclusivity: Welcoming women at all career stages, from early professionals to senior directors, and creating an open, supportive environment.

By focusing on these core areas, we are building a legacy of empowered, successful diverse women who uplift and inspire each other, creating lasting change in their careers and communities.
