The African Union Commission is conducting a study on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) to inform a continental strategy. It covers agriculture, construction, energy, finance, mining, manufacturing, transport and tourism.
If your company is African with an annual turnover of $250,000+, we encourage you to register and share your views on ESG in the African context. We will share a summary of the results with you so that you can better align and improve your ESG practices, and benchmark your company against others.
This official study seeks to understand the ESG of African companies, exploring related activities, challenges and attitudes. The insights will be used to develop a strategy to increase access to finance and secure market access.
This study is financed by GIZ and implemented by
GOPA in consortium with Imani.
