Pay dues, $45, to Megan Choy Venmo: @meganchoy by (3/11).
I will check in with one of the board members during the specified times at least 1x/week.
If I come across any circumstances that do not allow me to make it to these practices, (COVID, Travel etc.) I will make a board member aware in a timely manner.
Contact the Head Captain or other Board Member, BEFORE practices if I must miss.
Adhere to a powerlifting-based program (approved by coach).
Adhere to Fundraising Tiers
Treat all team members, NIC staff, and other lifters with respect and follow the rules of the NIC, including re-racking weights correctly, keeping my area clean and lifting with shoes.
Be drug-free as defined by USAPL testing standards.
Represent Badger Powerlifting in a respectful and appropriate manner when traveling and attending meets.
Report any personal injury/illness or teammate’s injury/illness to a coach immediately.
Adhere to Title IX
