Including your details in this form will place your information onto our mailing list when the Expression of Interest is released for volunteers to assist in the medical team training induction program. Completing this does not guarantee a position assisting for induction.

We will ONLY accept volunteers who are current students or working for NSW ambulance.

Medical Team training is in February and August.

Volunteer EOIs are requested in January and July each year.

You will only need to complete this form once and you will remain on the mailing list, if you wish to be removed from the list please reply to the details given on the EOI asking to be removed.
