LOCATION INFORMATION: This year the Expo will take place at the Historic Train Depot in Downtown Hattiesburg. Indoor space is very limited. There is also outdoor space available (covered and uncovered). If you have not already, please email Jennifer@EmergeEvents.com to confirm space availability.

Note that registration is not confirmed until payment has been made.

DOOR PRIZES
Each exhibitor is required to provide at least $25 in door prizes for the Expo to give away. More is always welcome! Door prizes are LOVED! Please note:
-A door prize cannot require a purchase (A discount is not a door prize, but a gift certificate is.)
-A door prize can be one $25 item or multiple items that add up to $25. Remember you are not limited to a $25 value. 
-You can also give away door prizes at your booth if you'd like. 

DOOR PRIZE COLLECTION
Door prizes will be collected at the Information Booth on setup day or on Expo day, your preference. Your prize can be for attendees only, exhibitors only, or both (if you provide more than one prize). You can tell us your preference when you turn it in. You can also give away some of your setup (plants, decor, etc.) at the end of the Expo as a door prize. 

PRIZES FOR EXHIBITORS
After the Expo closes we will have our famous exhibitor door prize drawings just for our exhibitors to win prizes! Must be present to win or have someone to accept on your behalf if you are a prize winner.

I plan to exhibit on Friday night, 5:30 - 8PM. (I understand that if I am an outdoor exhibitor, I must pack up my booth and set up again on Saturday morning.) [Friday night's event is optional, but highly recommended.] *
