We look forward to your group, business or organization participating in the 43rd Annual Eliot Festival Day celebration!   It’s a great way to reconnect with your friends in the Eliot community.

Eliot Festival Day offers booth vendors, advertisers, and sponsors expanded visibility to a growing Festival in the center of Eliot on September 28, 2024.

Arrival and Set-up Instructions for Festival Booth Vendors
Arrival time begins at 6:00 am September 28, 2024. The road closes to traffic at 8:00 am. Your time will be assigned by the Booth Coordinator.

Vendor Parking entrance is State Road at Eliot Elementary School, 1298 State Road, Eliot, ME. Festival vendor parking entrance is at Eliot Elementary School ONLY. Handicapped parking is available nearby.

Speed limit is 10 MPH on State Road during the Festival. Absolutely no vehicle traffic allowed in the Festival area between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm.

Festival hours are 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (NO RAIN DATE, NO REFUNDS.)  No booth breakdowns prior to 3:00 pm day of Festival.
Eliot Festival 5K Road Race 
The 5K Road Race opens with the raising of the American Flag at 8:15 am. The Race starts at 8:30 am. The top runners are back in about 15 minutes. Runners disperse from the finish line into Town Hall parking lot  after the Race for refreshments and announcements. Breakdown begins at 10:30 am.
Festival Rules and Regulations
- Booth space is approximately 12 x 12 (location assigned by committee)
- Booth Vendors supply their own tables and set‐ups
- Set-up crews are available to assist Vendors, just ask
- Only one organization or crafter per booth space
- Tent spikes are NOT ALLOWED for booths located on the pavement
- Electricity is NOT available at the Elementary School or Hammond Park
- The use of generators is subject to committee approval at the time of registration
- No booth breakdowns prior to designated time
- Booth Vendor is responsible for clean‐up of booth and surrounding space
- The Eliot Festival Day Committee Booth Coordinator reserves the right to reject ANY item considered unsuitable, inappropriate, objectionable, or not family appropriate. Booth Coordinator reserves the right to stop the sale and close the vendor’s booth immediately if the vendor ignores the above stated clause
- The committee reserves the right to reject an application in the event it duplicates a  previously accepted vendor’s application.  Earliest application date takes precedence

8:00 am Road closure: State Road from Old Rd. To Moses Gerrish Farmer Rd.

8:15 am Flag Raising at Eliot Firehouse

8:30 am 5K Road Race starts

9:00 am Eliot Festival opens

3:00 pm Festival closes and breakdown begins

Application Deadline & Fees
GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH. Once you apply and pay for your booth space,  you will be listed on the Festival social media sites and website with links to your own business where appropriate.

Applications are accepted on a space available basis until September 2, 2024. The booth assignment map will be mailed to each vendor mid-September. If your application is not accepted your payment will be returned within 30 days.

Booth Fee is $60   
* Booth Fee for Eliot addresses is $50
NO REFUNDS after September 2, 2024.

Submitted applications indicate you have read and agree to all the rules and regulations. The Eliot Festival Day (EFD)  Committee, its agents and volunteers shall not be held liable for damage to property, theft, loss or any injury by or to an applicant or persons an applicant allows to use the booth space. The EFD Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any booth space request or part of the activity.
