Students arriving after 8:00 AM are tardy for the day. Please fill out this form for each of your students arriving late. The date and time will be automatically recorded. Once you have filled out the form, the office staff will admin your student into the building, proceed with a temperature check and direct them to class. Please remember 5 tardies equal an absence.
