1. Registration for tables is first-come, first-serve until available spots are filled. Once all spaces are filled, vendors will be placed on a waitlist. If you sign up and later decide that you can't participate, please let us know, so we can adjust accordingly.
2. Items for sale must be either self-made or related to the Baltic countries (handcrafts, foods, or other goods). We are striving to keep the fair authentic, and we maintain a right to refuse vendors selling MLM or mass manufactured goods unrelated to Baltic countries or cultures.
3. The vendor fee is $10/table reservation, plus 5% of sales collected on the day of the fair. We also ask that vendors donate a small raffle item, valued around $10. These fees make the event possible, and fair proceeds support Baltic community activities in the Bay Area.
4. No alcohol may be sold in the vendor marketplace. No food to be consumed on the premises should be sold, except by the Latvian Church. Packaged food is okay!
5. Doors will open for vendor setup at 8 AM on Saturday, before the fair opens to the public at 10 AM. Remember to think about a table covering and some signage, to let customers know about your business and/or what you are selling.
6. Thank you for participating! We will contact you with updates and information about the fair, and your personal information will not be shared or used for any other purpose. We also welcome feedback about what makes this event fun, fresh, and worthwhile for vendors. Contact us (
