Hello and welcome back!!! This Registration Form is designed to allow 10 people to sign up for one-hour time slots. Registration will open Fridays at noon for the following week's dates.

Starting 10/5, our hours of operation are: M-R, 7 am - 6 pm and F, 7 am - 2:45 pm.
We will be open for 2 hours at a time and then closed for 15 minutes of cleaning.

We reserve the right to close early if there are no participants registered.  
Please reserve by 12 pm for the day you would like to use the facility.

With limited capacity, we hope to serve all who are interested in using the facility.
PLEASE ONLY SIGN UP FOR A MAX OF 3 DAYS A WEEK.  
We will modify as needed to correct over registration.
