you have 1 month to pay your booking after applying - or you forfeit your booking!
refunds due to your cancellation given up to 1 month prior to event - after that it's on a case by case basis
refunds due to covid-19 given up to the day of event, should we have to postpone/cancel - your money will not be withheld unless you wish to carry through your booking! ♡

Kaiga Anime Convention will be hosted at Claremont Showgrounds this year! Saturday 27th of November + Sunday 28th November. Artists will have the opportunity to bump in Friday 26th (times TBA)

Trading hours are 8:30*-6 each day
*Please keep in mind VIP will be allowed access to trading floors half an hour before regular guests (regular guests get in at 9am)

More information about layouts, bump ins, loading dock/parking info, maps, what you should bring etc will be emailed to you later!

What's included in 1 x artist table:
- 1.8m trestle table
- 1 x chair
- 1 x felt backdrop
- 1 x ita showbag (with your colour preference)

You will need to let us know how many helpers you will have, as they will get a 'helper' button + chair for your table. Helpers have 2 ticket options:
1) discounted $15 helper ticket - weekend pass to convention but no showbag
2) buy an early bird ticket to get the showbag, or get a ticket at the door on the day ($25 day, $50 weekend)

Each full table is entitled to up to 3 helpers (4 people total including the vendor)
Each half table is entitled to have just 1 helper

If you apply to have a half table, you will be placed to another half-table artist randomly, if you wish to have a half table with a friend then one of you should apply for a full table and share the costs among yourselves.

Please keep in mind, by applying and having a table with Kaiga convention you agree to our terms and conditions at kaicon.online - on the day we will have staff screen booths to ensure that there is no stolen artwork or offensive material, anyone caught breaking our rules will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
