Submitting this application serves as acknowledgement that you understand and consent to the following:
The rehearsal tracks provided are for practice purposes only and may not be used for public performance. Practice tracks will be shared through Google Drive within two days of submitting your application and payment. Lead sheets will also be shared with you at this time. Practice tracks will have an audio watermark on them, however, tracks will be provided at your audition that do not have a watermark.
Lead sheets provided by RJB are copyrighted and cannot be shared publicly.
Audio, video, and photos of participants will be used in publicity materials, live streaming, and recordings.
By submitting this application, you grant permission to the Riverton Jazz Band and its Board of Directors, agents, or other representatives (RJB) to photograph you/your child and to record voice, performance, poses, acts, plays and appearances. You further grant the RJB all rights to use these sounds, still, and moving images and other reproductions of physical likeness in any medium (i.e. print, website, video, social media). You further release and relieve the Riverton Jazz Band, its Board of directors, and other representatives from any liabilities, known or unknown, arising from the use of this material.
Parental consent forms for minors will be provided at the audition and a parent/guardian will need to sign the paper copy before students under the age of 18 may enter their audition.
