Flexia is looking for talented, engaging, and diverse Pilates instructors to to lead live and on-demand classes, develop guided programs around specific goals, and work with clients virtually, 1:1.

This is a contract position where we will fly you to our filming location for multiple days at a time, and require remote work time for programming preparation and administrative work between film events.

Responsibilities:
-Film live and pre-recorded Reformer classes of varying levels in the Flexia filming studio (location TBD)
-Work with the Flexia instructor team to develop pre-recorded guided programs to help customers achieve their goals.  For example: Build shoulder strength, overcome back pain, or relieve plantar fasciitis symptoms.
-Develop and write teaching guidelines that become standard Flexia best-practices for teaching for the Online Studio.
-Work with the Flexia instructor team to create a comprehensive online studio schedule of class types, levels, and durations, to best fit our customers needs.
