What happens when your account is deleted?
- You will not be able to log in and view your previous account history.
- Your personal information and profile photos will be permanently deleted. Some exceptions may apply, such as your purchasing records, which will remain with 8excite+ for financial audit purposes.
- You will no longer receive messages from us via your mobile number or email.
- Any remaining Excite Points (EP) in your account will be forfeited.
Before deleting your account:
- Make sure your account has no pending purchases and/or shipments.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, we won't be able to restore your data anymore.
