This online form is to order Kwik Trip Car Wash Cards to help support Fox Valley Pony Club's Fall Fundraiser. All funds earned will be used for educational purposes at FVPC in 2024.

Members: Please submit the TOTAL # of Kwik Trip Car Wash Cards you wish to order. This includes all the cards you have pre-sold to friends, family & co-workers on the Kwik Trip Pre-Sale Sheet. Please only enter ONE online order form; so we can keep the orders organized.

Individuals/Businesses: Please submit the TOTAL # of Kwik Trip Car Wash Cards you wish to order. Cards purchased by businesses or individuals not currently a member of FVPC will receive the Cards via in person delivery or pick up only by December 5th.
