I, the appointee and undersigned, have completed the 4CS Letter of Intent as required. I understand the expectations and requirements of being a 4CS Board of Directors member and will perform the duties of this position during my tenure. I will do all in my power to further the vision, values and mission of the California Community Colleges Classified Senate. I do not knowingly have any conflicts of interest or reasons that would interfere or prevent me from faithfully serving on the 4CS public benefit, non-profit organization's Board of Directors, and I, therefore, agree to all the rules and conditions. I will make every effort to be in attendance of all 4CS meetings and to fully participate in any 4CS business. I hereby submit this Letter of Intent to become eligible for the position as state above. *
