TOWN OF DALEVILLE: LEAD/COPPER WATER LINE SURVEY NEEDS COMPLETED ASAP!!

PLEASE IDENTIFY YOUR WATER SUPPLY LINE AND COMPLETE THIS FORM ASAP! 

The Town of Daleville is responsible for completing a full overview of the Water Service Lines from the main into the customer’s house in 2024. We have included example photos to help you determine what type of material your water lines are made of, and it is IMPERATIVE that you answer honestly! 

That means, without your participation, we will be required to go door to door to ask if you know the type of line coming into your house. If that can’t be done, then we will be required to dig on your side of the meter to determine the type of material your lines are made of. 

This is a rule and regulation enforced by the EPA for every Public Water System (PWS) in order to comply with the Lead and Copper Rule that has been recently implemented.

(Your main water supply is often located near your water heater and near your interior shut off valve. If you need help finding your supply line, contact our office (765)378-6288 or a plumber!)
