ONEIDA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT  FINE ARTS HALL OF FAME 2023 Nomination Form - Completed nomination form due by February 1, 2024

Our mission is to recognize outstanding individuals who have made significant contributions to the Oneida City School District Fine Arts program through their service, performance, dedication, commitment and accomplishments.  The Fine Arts that are recognized include (but are not limited to): music, theater, dance, visual and graphic arts.  

Our purpose is to educate the community about our traditions and inspire students to be empowered and motivated to continue their commitment to excellence in the Fine Arts.

Please complete all parts of the nomination form.  Please feel free to elaborate and feel free to include additional documentation as that can greatly assist the selection committee. This form must be completed by February 1, 2024.

The Fine Arts that are recognized include (but are not limited to): music, theater, dance, visual and graphic arts.  An individual may be nominated for induction into the Fine Arts Hall of Fame in one of the Three categories (please check all that apply)

Contributor: A current or past volunteer who has given significant time, talent or resources to the Fine Arts program of the Oneida City School District, its staff and students.

Alumnus:A graduate from Oneida High School can be considered, 10 years post-graduation, based on any combination of the following criteria:

participated in the Oneida City School District Fine Arts program either academic or extra-curricular

pursued a college degree or career in the Fine Arts

has been recognized in a Fine Arts category at a local, regional, and/or national level

Mentor: A former or retired Oneida City School District Fine Arts staff member or administrator who has provided significant leadership, guidance, support, inspiration and innovation to the Fine Arts for Oneida.
