Reseda Parking Lot Economic Impact Study - Business & Property Owner Open House Survey

Economic & Planning Systems (EPS), along with Nelson\Nygaard, is working for the City of Los Angeles to perform an analysis of the economic impact and importance of five City-owned surface parking lots near Reseda Boulevard and Sherman Way. This is a preliminary study to provide the City with information on how any changes to the capacity of the parking lots would affect local economic activity. There are no changes currently proposed for any of these lots.

This survey is for business and property owners who are unable to join in person for the open house on Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM at Reseda Elementary School (7265 Amigo Avenue). The purpose of this survey and the open house is to better understand the impacts of the parking lots, and we are looking to learn about your business, your clientele, and the role that the public parking lots play in your daily business activity. If you have further questions about the meetings or the study in general, please e-mail CAO.ResedaParking@lacity.org.

Please submit all survey responses by Friday, December 9, in order to have your input included in the study.
