Nevada Thespians would like to thank you for your interest in presenting workshops at our 2022 State Conference March 3-5th, 2022. Our schedule offers flexibility for offering in-person, virtual live and/or prerecorded workshops throughout the conference. If you are interested in presenting workshops on multiple topics, please submit a separate form for each proposal.
Please read the contract and check all available times that work for you to present your workshop. Once we have all of the information, we will begin to build our workshop schedule. If your proposal is accepted, we will notify you of your schedule.
Nevada Thespians uses the following fee structure to determine how Guest Artists are compensated:
PRERECORDED workshops:
45-55 minute workshops available for to our conference attendees during our festival and the two weeks following. $75 each
LIVE (Virtual or in- person)Workshops
55 minute workshops. $35 dollars each session taught
(If you would like to schedule a longer live session we can schedule a 2 hour block, please indicate this in your description/title). NOTE: all presenters and participants will be required to wear masks during in person events

Nevada Thespians default payment structure is a hand-written check. All checks will be in the mail (addressed to the name and address below) by Tuesday March 8th.
Please note:
***Nevada thespians is unable to offer compensation to any individual who is currently a teacher, para-pro, chaperone or coach for a theater arts program in Nevada.
No individual may receive honorariums to exceed $599 in a calendar year.
We have limited travel/accommodation funds available to bring in out-of-state guest artists. If you are traveling more than 100 miles to conference and would like apply as tier 2-3 artist, please email Krysta Phenix
