When you are finished filling out the form, click "submit" to send your request to the Museum's Education office. You will receive an email confirmation of your request.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a Group Visit/Online Content on one of the dates selected. Additional correspondence will be sent to the email provided confirming your group visit details. Please note that advance reservations are required to guaranteed admission for group visits.
