UIC United Faculty Executive Board Nomination Form (2020)
Thank you for your interest in serving on the Executive Board. The election will be conducted by mail-in ballot. Ballots will be mailed to members at their last known address no later than August 14th. Completed ballots must be returned and postmarked by September 4th.

To nominate yourself, please complete the form below by 5pm, Wednesday, August 5th, using the last question to submit the appropriate number of endorsements. All endorsements must come from United Faculty members:

----->10 endorsements needed for Vice President (Tenure System) or Vice President (Non-Tenure Track system). These endorsements must come from United Faculty members in your own system---that is to say, Vice President for Tenure-Track Faculty can ONLY be endorsed by Tenure-Track Faculty; Vice President for Non-Tenure-Track Faculty can ONLY be endorsed by Non-Tenure-Track Faculty.

----->20 endorsements needed for President, Executive Vice President, Treasurer, or Vice President Chief Steward. These endorsements must come from current United Faculty members.  

To submit your endorsements in the final question, you can either:
