Who is this Rowing camp for?:
o Open to  DoE  candidates of any ability level and age
o Friends of DoE candidates are welcome also to join

Rowing, Boats and Coaching:
o 8 days or 5 days on site with rowing on weekdays (5 and 3 days respectively)
o Transfers twice daily from Figueira to the lake included
o Purpose-built Championship 2km rowing lake at Montemor o Velho
o Boats provided: quads/4's, doubles/pairs, singles all good quality and ready to use
o Trainer boats with stability pontoons available for beginners
o Professional Coaching provided  - video analysis included. All English speaking  
o Sessions on boat-rigging, dietary planning and strength and conditioning
o Excellent gym at lake included with free weights, ergos, aerobic and resistance machines.

Accommodation and Meals:
o Town-house accommodation, shared rooms (singles available for supplement cost)
o Based in Figueira da Foz, near beach, marina and town centre
o Full meals, towels, clothes washing facilities, wifi all included

Airport Transfers
o We provide a free chaperone to accompany you by bus between Lisbon airport and Figueira on Sundays
o On any other day we can provide a chaperone for a small charge (dependent on numbers)

Additional Options
o Afternoon of professional surfing lessons and use of board for 2 hours (additional charge)

Cost
o £650 for 8 days (7 nights)
o £450 for 5 days (4 nights)
o Plus £100 refundable security deposit
