JAHSSD JANM Ireichō Sign-Up
Thank you for your interest in joining the JAHSSD trip to the Japanese American National Museum (JANM) for the Ireichō stamping event. This event will be held Saturday, 15 June 2024, leaving from the Buddist Temple of San Diego parking lot at 08:45AM.

Before you begin this form: We recommend you gather the details of each name you wish to stamp. First, Last, alternative names (e.g., maiden names, "American" and "Japanese" names), Year of Birth, and at least one Incarceration Center.

  • You must submit a separate form for each individual participant.
  • Requests will be added to the participant list on a "first come, first served" basis. 
  • This form is to register your request to participate. We will follow up separately with: 1) reservation status and 2) trip and payment details.
