This Alternate Membership Join Application Form is for users that have already registered as a user of SUPRS.net, or have made a donation to the Dion Parish Memorial Benevolent Fund for Supermodifieds, or are having trouble with the embedded Membership Join Application Form found at HERE, and wish to apply to become a SUPRS Member for purposes of competing in supermodified sim racing contests sanctioned by the Supermodified Ultimate Pavement Racing Series.

Just because you have registered as a website user on the website, doesn't mean you are a SUPRS member. You must fill out the Membership Join Application and be approved before you are allowed to compete in our races.

Our Membership Join Application form is broken up into four parts.

The first section is all about YOU! By filling this part out we are better able to know who you are. Much of the information is used to send you awards so it's important that you fill it out accurately and honestly. You can share your Social Media contact information. This social section is all voluntary, but filling it out helps us stay in contact with you through our social networks as well as give you props for your SUPRS wins!

The second section is about your racing info. Like section one, most of this part is mandatory and is very important. Filling this out accurately and honestly will help us speed your Join Application along and lets us know how best to get you set up to start racing right away.

The third section is where you choose what level of SUPRS Membership you are interested in. Once you choose that, you'll see the part where you can make your donation to the Dion Parish Memorial Benevolent Fund for Supermodifieds if you want to race the Gold Crest Division. If you've already made a donation prior to attempting to fill out either this, or the embedded Membership Join Application form on SUPRS.net, you can disregard the donation links.

The last section is mostly legal stuff but is required. It helps to make sure you understand what we expect and also what you can expect from being a SUPRS Member.
