All donations must be submitted through this form on our website.  We apologize that, we are not able to accept donation requests through Facebook, email, text, or phone.

Donation requests are reviewed on the 15th of each month for the following month.  Our Marketing Team Captain, will communicate with you by the 20th of the month as to whether or not the request can be approved at this time. Please submit your request early.  Donations are for local events only (benefiting Polk County and the boarding Bartow County town of Taylorsville; with Rockmart, Aragon or Taylorsville addresses) and based on our budget, not the worthiness of your cause.  We receive many requests and try our best to honor all requests in some way.
