This form is to register your student for the StoryTime/Author Study! This club will take place on February 9th, March 9th, and April 6th at 10:30 am. A club leader will contact you the day before each club to provide you with a zoom link to participate.  Please complete this form for each student in your family wishing to participate.  By filling out the survey you are granting permission for your students to participate in our Storytime/Author Study club. Our club is open to grades TK-3, please.”
