DESCRIPTION:  Regardless of your dance experience. Everyone is welcome  in a non judgment zone. Zumba is a total workout dance based cardio class with low to high intensity, calorie burning, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility set with music from all around the world. The class is designed to bring people together, while breaking a sweat. Come and join the party!!!
