Becoming a Senior Practitioner (350 ILS pro rata)

Becoming a Team Team Leader (500 ILS pro rata)

Completed 3 months as a new team leader and passed Team Leader induction (300 ILS pro rata)

Annual Rise of being a team leader (100 ILS a year pro rata)

Reason for Rise (Hourly paid staff):

Completed 3 months and induction programme - Initial raise (to 40 ILS per hour)

After 3 years - and attending 50% of meetings and working a minimum of 500 hours a year (to 43 ILS per hour)

After 5 years - and attending 50% of meetings and working a minimum of 500 hours a year (to 45 ILS per hour)
