Good Grief! Groups: Tuesdays 12.30-13.30
The death of a loved one and the resulting feeling of bereavement and grief are a normal, difficult, part of life. Everyone will eventually experience a loss or bereavement of some kind, but some students find they feel very alone in their experience of grief. Good Grief! is a peer support group for people who would like to share their experience of loss or bereavement with others who are in a similar position. Each group meets for 3 sessions, and is confidential. After the 3 sessions group members will have the opportunity to stay in touch with each other, if they would like to. Group members need to be willing to attend all 3 sessions.

Sessions will be held at 12:30 on Tuesday 21st and 28th May and 4th June.

Groups are co-facilitated by chaplains from The Belief, No Belief & Religious (BNBR) Life Centre, but the sessions are not religious in purpose or intent, these groups are supported by the University Counselling Service.

Please note that this is a facilitated peer-support group, where you will have the opportunity to share your experiences with other students; it is not group counselling.
