2019 THAAKAT FOUNDATION 10TH ANNUAL FEED THE NEED PRE-REGISTRATION FORM

October 5th 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Subject to change to 8:00 PM dependent on # of teams)
October 6th 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Location: Oak Brook Park District, 1450 Forest Gate Rd, Oak Brook, IL 60523

Consistent with past tournaments, teams will be assigned to 4 team divisions for Saturday's games. Teams will play all games in a given time block. The time block is split between morning and afternoon. Captains will have the opportunity to pick their time block preference, as well as jersey color, based on timing of registration payment. The earlier you pay, the more control you have.

Teams are allowed a maximum of 10 players. Rules of the tournament will be distributed to captains along with official registration form in the middle of August. Payment will need to be collected at that time. The rules will be consistent with prior years for the most part. Each team will be guaranteed 3 games on Saturday with potential Playoffs on Sunday. (12 team playoff for Advanced, and 6 team playoff for Community).

TEAM FEE:
$340 - Advanced Bracket - No restrictions on roster talent
$300 - Community Bracket - No professional experience above is high school level is allowed

One very important thing to note, as always, EVERY player on your roster is required to play at least 1 game Saturday to be eligible to play in the playoffs on Sunday. So please consider this when you are constructing your roster. This rule is strict and straightforward, no exceptions. Even with injuries, no exceptions!

The fee will go 100% towards charity and any outward or overhead costs will be covered by our sponsors. Participation will be open to a total of 24 teams (16 Advanced, 8 Community).

PAYMENTS WILL BE DUE WITH OFFICIAL REGISTRATION FORM BY SEPTEMBER 1, 2019.
