The Historical Society of Church of God Movements began in 2002 in order to provide opportunities for representatives of the various denominations that use the name Church of God to better understand both common and unique aspects of our history and heritage.

This application will be automatically transmitted online to the Society office. Your membership fee can be mailed to Historical Society of Church of God Movements, Dr. Shaun McKinley, Executive Secretary/Treasurer, 2401 North Ocoee Street, P.O. Box 148, Cleveland, TN 37311.

Individual Membership:
- $10 per year for individuals,
- $50 per year per institution, and
- $100 per year per denomination.
