Assume that we want to study the effect of a sense of agency on episodic memory. How would you go about preparing to work on the project? Please come up with a list of things you would do to get started. *

Assume that I have given you a memory dataset with several columns: participant ID, stimulus type (e.g. word or picture), response (e.g. 1 = correct, 0 = incorrect), reaction time (in milliseconds). We want to study whether people remember pictures better than words. What are the steps you would take to analyze this dataset? Specify data pre-processing, cleaning, what hypotheses you will test, what visualizations you might do, and what statistical tests you might perform. Answer to the best of your ability.
