NEW EVENT LOCATION: Renaissance Portsmouth-Norfolk Waterfront Hotel 425 Water St, Portsmouth, VA 23704
VENDORS: Please provide your own tents, tables, tablecloths, signage, and printed materials if applicable. The new location for vendors is on the riverfront (outdoors). Please prepare for windy conditions by bringing sandbags or other weights to secure your tent.
VENDOR PAYMENTS: Because we've had to pivot and because your patience is valued, I simply ask that you make a donation to our organization. We appreciate any sized donation, and we appreciate you!
MUSICIANS: The updated draft music schedule will soon be forthcoming. The current plan is for musicians to play outdoors on the hotel patio, but in case of rain, we'll either use a tent or move the musicians inside.
