On Broadway, Inc. will be hosting a new concert series this summer! Beginning Tuesday, June 18, The Levitt AMP Green Bay Music Series is supported in part by the Mortimer & Mimi Levitt Foundation, a private foundation that empowers towns and cities across America to transform underused public spaces into thriving destinations through the power of free, live music.

An important part of this concert series is the placemaking component. This area of the event will activate space with cultural displays and activities, interactive games and crafts for attendees and create a sense of community.

We are looking to partner with community organizations to help activate this space and connect with families at the event. If you are in need of ideas of an activity or craft to host at the event, we have ideas to share! Cultural organizations that represent that style of music are highly encouraged to attend!

On Broadway will review applications as they are turned in and will reach out to the organization to confirm participation.

Vendor Details:
-Tuesday, June 18 – August 27 (no concert July 23) from 5 – 8pm at Leicht Memorial Park.
-We are not asking organizations to be present at each event, even one or two is great!
-Booth set up will be from 3-4:30pm.
-There is no charge to be present at the event.
-Spaces larger than a 10’x10’ are available, we will just need to coordinate ahead of time.
-Groups will need to provide their own tents, weights, tables, chairs, etc.
