At 4 Ev'r Occasions, we strive to give our clients a stress-free celebration. We kindly ask that you complete the request form, giving us the details to get started. Once we receive the completed event request form, we will contact you for a consultation to discuss the details and availability before finalizing.

Please be advised that events, services and rentals require a 50% deposit to reserve your date. The payment schedule, budget and finer details will be discussed during the consultation. Please allow 48 hours from the time this form is submitted to be contacted by one of our Moment Coordinators via your preferred contact method.

15-minute consultations are free to discuss specific details.

A deposit of 50% of the estimated total is due to reserve your date. A payment plan for the remaining balance will be discussed during the consultation.

The balance must be paid in full prior to the agreed upon date to avoid cancellation.

Once we are hired for your event, we will send you the initial invoice and contract to the provided email address

We monitor the weather leading up to your event. Please keep the weather and suggested recommendations in mind. However, under certain weather conditions we are unable to set up outdoors.
