The DARe Certificate Training Program is a 16-day total training program:  four-module, which are 4 days each). For your convenience, we will be offering the first two modules (8-days) so that you can experience the the benefits of the training and how you are impacted by it personally and professionally before making a decision if you would like to register and participate in the final, more advanced two modules.  

Many therapists who have taken this training have described it a “life-changing” and that it has become essential to their practice.  You will have an opportunity to work with your own early attachment history, as you learn new and practical clinical skills to work with your clients’ attachment disruptions and wounding.  Also, we will explore together how these early attachment patterns show up in our current adult relationships.


8-Day Live, Online Training, To be Conducted in English

The program consists of two training modules:

  1. DARe 1: Healing Early Attachment Wounds - January 31-February 3, 2025
  2. DARe 2: Creating Healthy Adult Relationships - July 4-7, 2025

HEALING EARLY ATTACHMENT WOUNDS
Healing childhood wounds is key for enjoying fulfilling relationships as an adult. Discover ways to help your clients excavate and overcome the impact of past trauma and experience deeper connection and healthy intimacy in relationships.

ATTACHMENT STRATEGIES FOR ADULT RELATIONSHIPS
Learn how to combine an attachment focus with a practical skill-building approach to help adults and couples remove destructive patterns and embrace positive ways of perceiving, behaving and interacting so they can restore secure attachment and experience deeper, more fulfilling intimate relationships.

Training Format : via Zoom 

A total of 56 hours of Zoom teaching and supervised small group practice.

9 a.m. –  6:00 p.m. (7 hours per day excluding lunch) 

Pre-requisite: Helping Professionals (e.g. Mental Health Professionals, Medical and Alternative Medicine Professionals, Bodyworkers)

  • Before September 15, 2024: HK$14,800

Returning students who wish to redo the program are required to pay 50% of the prevailing rate.


Enrollment will be closed on December 31, 2024

Please note that a minimum attendance rate of 80% is required to continue with the next module.

Biography of Our Teacher
Patricia Meadows, MS, RN, RCST, SEP
Approved DARe Teacher, Facilitator, Session, and Consultation Provider.


Patricia Meadows, MS, RN, RCST, SEP, is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a holistic nurse/trauma therapist with 40 years experience facilitating healing and transformation.  In her private practice, Integral Healing & Living, she specializes in working with people with diverse forms of trauma and early attachment wounding.  Her unique synthesis of holistic modalities integrates SE and advanced SE bodywork with specialized training and long-term experience in:  pre-natal and perinatal trauma therapy (trained with Ray Castellino), attachment work, interpersonal neurobiology, NeuroAffective Touch, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, Authentic Movement and embodied psychospiritual inquiry.  

She has trained extensively with Diane Poole Heller in DARe and has assisted her internationally prior to becoming a DARe faculty member. Also, she has trained and assisted internationally with Raja Selvam, PhD in Integral Somatic Psychology.  

Patricia’s work also is informed by long-term spiritual practice (25 years) within the Diamond Approach, and she has been a Diamond Approach teacher for almost a decade.  She has Master’s degrees in both Nursing and Clinical Counseling, as well as 6 years of doctoral studies in East/West Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies.

What is the DARe Certificate Program?

DARe, or Dynamic Attachment Repatterning experience––is the signature trauma and attachment training created by Dr. Diane Poole Heller for mental health professionals, life coaches, somatic therapists, bodyworkers and anyone interested in developing essential skills to help themselves and their clients develop stronger and more secure attachment.

All DARe training provides a thorough understanding of both early childhood and adult attachment… giving practitioners concrete tools to help change deep-rooted patterns and open the path to a more secure way of relating. 

By introducing a unique blend of psychotherapeutic modalities, experiential strategies and neuroscience and spiritual perspectives, the DARe Certificate Program moves beyond theoretical concepts to give both novice and experienced practitioners a fast-track to learning and personal growth.
