ASP Friend Request Form 2025

Read these instructions FIRST!

Please fill out the form below, which allows you to request up to four friends to be in the same county center as you. I will make every effort to place you with as many of these names as possible. I cannot guarantee more than one match, but I will do my best! You do not have to submit four names -- if only one or two people come to mind, please just fill in those names and leave the rest blank!

Important things to know about family members:
- If you have a parent on the trip, I will place them at the same center unless you and your parent tell me not to!
- If you have a sibling on the trip, there is a special question just about that!

Remember that our group will be divided into four different county centers, which must each be a mix of grades and genders. In order to make this happen, it is very unlikely that you will be with ALL of the people you have named! "It's not about the friends you go with ... it's about the friends you come home with."
