This application should take about 3 minutes to complete. Please note that this program is only for residents of the City of South Bend. Additionally, trees from this program are only to be planted in the property owner's tree lawn.

You will be notified whether or not you have been selected to receive a tree by late October. If you have been selected to receive a tree, the Urban Forester will complete a site visit to ensure that there are no conflicts with the surrounding infrastructures, utilities, and that the site is suitable for a tree to thrive. Trees will be planted in the spring of 2022.
